Each vehicle tub has different load limits based on manufacturer design. Before loading up, we strongly recommend checking your vehicle owner's manual or consulting the manufacturer to confirm your tub’s capacity.

By proceeding with purchase and installation, you accept full responsibility for any damage or failure related to overloading. Land Raxx is not liable for issues caused by exceeding the load limits of your factory tub or mounting points.

Land Raxx Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products and offer the following warranty:

• Metal Construction: Covered by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If the metal components crack or break under normal use, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
• Pins and Fasteners: Covered by a 12-month warranty against defects. If any pins or fasteners fail within this period, we will repair or replace them.
• Powder Coating: Due to the nature of high-friction use, the powder coat finish is not covered under warranty, as normal wear and tear is expected over time.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modifications, or unauthorised repairs. Any alterations to the product will void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Process:

1. Proof of Purchase: Please provide proof of purchase when making a claim.
2. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@landraxx.com or call our office to initiate a warranty claim.
3. Return Shipping: If the item is confirmed to be defective and covered under warranty, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
