If your order hasn’t shipped yet or it's not a made to order item, yes — email us ASAP at info@landraxx.com or reply to your order confirmation email. Once shipped, we can’t cancel it, but we’ll help you process a return if needed.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Not at this stage. Land Raxx is a direct-to-consumer brand, which means no middlemen, better prices, and direct service. We’re laser-focused on quality and service, and DTC helps us stay in control of both.

We don’t offer installs ourselves, but our systems are designed to be DIY-friendly. If you’d rather leave it to a pro, we’re happy to recommend fitters or workshops we trust — just send us a message with your location.

We ship worldwide! Shipping rates are provided at checkout.

If your item is in stock, orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Transit time depends on your location, but most customers receive their gear within 5–7 business days.

If your item is marked as backordered or part of a pre-order campaign, you’ll be notified via email after purchase. We’ll follow up with an estimated shipping date, and tracking details will be sent to your email or phone once your order ships.

We accept returns for unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost. If there’s an issue or something arrived damaged, we’ll make it right — just contact us.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Yes. All Land Raxx products are backed by our manufacturer’s warranty for peace of mind. Please see the warranty on the individual product pages for more information.

Surface wear such as fading, scratches, or chips to powder coating (this is considered normal use).

Improper installation or overloading (always check your vehicle manufacturer’s load rating).

Modifying the product in any way (e.g., welding, drilling, cutting).

Using products outside of their intended design (e.g., mounting oversized awnings not supported by your rooftop tent rails).

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it at our cost. Proof of purchase is required. We’ll also reimburse return shipping if the issue is confirmed as a warranty case.

In most cases, yes. We offer local pickup from our warehouse in Bilambil, NSW — just select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll be in touch to coordinate a collection time. Please wait until your order is confirmed as ready before dropping by.

Our products are designed, tested, and engineered in Australia — with manufacturing split between local and offshore partners. All metal products are built to exacting standards and each batch is quality-checked before it gets packed and shipped.
