Too much gear is overcomplicated, heavy, and frustrating to use. We saw it firsthand, and we knew there had to be a better way.
So we focus on simplicity, strength, and real-world function. Every product is designed to remove friction, make for quicker installs, easier setups, and gear that just works when you need it.
When we leaned into our quick-release awning brackets and saw them keep selling out, it confirmed we weren’t alone. People don’t want more gear, they want better, easier gear.
That’s how we build everything now. No gimmicks, no unnecessary complexity. Just tough, reliable gear that makes getting out there faster and easier, every time.
Rik grew up outdoors, waterskiing, camping, riding motocross, and making the most of every weekend.
But as life got busier with work, family, and responsibilities,the hardest part wasn’t getting out there; it was everything around it.
The setup. The pack down. The effort it took just to go.
And when it feels like too much… you start going less.
He noticed it in himself and in the people around him. Weekends slipping by, good gear sitting unused, plans getting pushed because it all felt like too much effort.
So now he’s on a mission to make adventure easy, so we can all spend less time getting ready and more time getting out there.
