How long Does it take to get my rack?
As our roof platforms are made to order, the general lead time is up to 3 weeks but in some cases can take longer due to material shortages and production holdups due to Covid 19.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Once we have your address we’ll advise on shipping costs.

What is the First Traxx program?
The First Traxx program has been developed to help us fast track the R&D process on new vehicles. Become the first one with your vehicle make and model to be fitted with a Land Raxx roof rack! We will require your vehicle for prototyping and fitting in exchange for a considerable discount, free installation and bragging rights that you were the first! Get in touch to find out more.

How do I install my Landraxx Roof Platform?
You will receive detailed instructions with your Land Raxx Product. However, we do strongly recommend having the racks fitted by a professional fitter to ensure it’s securely and safely fitted to your vehicle. We’ve all seen the horror stories! We have a network of tested filters around Australia and will let you know the closest fitter to your location upon ordering.

What is the load capacity of the racks?
Our racks are well engineered and designed to handle a far greater load than your vehicle’s roof can handle. To work out the load capacity, take your vehicle’s roof capacity then minus the weight of the roof rack. This will give you the maximum load you can carry on the racks.

We strongly advise against overloading the racks past the vehicle manufacturers recommended load capacity!

What is your return policy?
All racks are built to order, as such we are unable to refund or accept returns unless there is an issue with the rack. However, we do offer a 48hr grace period where you can contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund.

Does having three truss supports on the Tub Raxx increase the load capacity and if so, by how much?
Having the tri-truss system distributes the load on top of the truss rack better, but it will only allow you to carry more in respect to you not overloading your Gross Vehicle Mass and the manufacturer limit for the overhead load before the centre of gravity becomes too high and unsafe to be driven. If you’d like to discuss this in more detail please get in touch.

Do the roof racks add driving noise?
The design of our front fairing on each rack system means that the rack system itself adds very little noise (if any) whilst driving. However, the personal items you add to the racks may create noise.

Do other manufacturers accessories fit your racks?
We use a standard T-Slot aluminium profile for our load bars. This means that most third-party accessories should fit. We can’t guarantee this and recommend trial fitting prior to purchasing.
