Delivery Fees

Shipping costs are dependent on the size, weight and location of the products you choose to purchase as well as your chosen delivery location. Your delivery fee will in most cases be calculated and displayed when you checkout before you purchase your products, otherwise, we will contact you to advise on shipping costs before processing the order.

International Shipping

We are able to ship internationally however we will need to calculate shipping costs based on the products ordered and your delivery location. Please get in touch before placing an order to confirm costs.

Shipping Processing Times

As some of our products are made to order, we will process orders as soon as possible once orders are packed and ready for shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking

We will provide an order number and tracking number with your purchase. You can log into your Land Raxx account to view the status of your order and also track your package once shipped with our preferred freight partners. You can contact us via email or phone to enquire about shipping delays or issues with delivery.
