Land Raxx is an Australian owned, Australian made roof rack and 4WD accessory company based on the southern end of the Gold Coast, QLD and we’re on the hunt for a highly creative Content Creator to join our team!

Our team is passionate about all things outdoors! With adventure and exploration at the core of what we do, we’re looking for someone who shares these values and loves the idea of joining us on weekend camping trips and exploring the great outdoors. You will be responsible for sharing these adventures with the Land Raxx community via cleverly crafted, highly engaging content across all Land Raxx social media channels.

The role is best suited to a physically active individual with a passion for the outdoors who can work autonomously but also thrives in a team environment. Engaging with customers, suppliers and industry partners will be a critical part of the role and you must possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy meeting new people. To succeed in this role, maintaining and growing relationships must come naturally to you.

The Role:

• Responsible for conceptualising and creating highly engaging content to be distributed across all social media channels in line with brand strategy developed by our existing marketing team
• Production planning and scheduling
• Maintain all photography and lighting equipment
• Operate and maintain editing suite
• Posting and community engagement across social media
• Keep on top of Social Media trends and algorithm updates to deliver optimised content
• Work with other industry professionals on larger shoots to collaboratively deliver high-quality content
• Manage your own schedule to ensure all deadlines are met 
• Ability to travel and be away from home for multi-day shoots.

About You:

• You love working both autonomously and in a team environment
• You have experience in managing production logistics and consider yourself highly organised with good attention to detail
• You have at least Two Years of experience using professional camera and lighting equipment for both video and photography along with a solid portfolio of high quality commercial work
• You are proficient in using Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
• You have experience in managing social media channels especially TikTok, IG, FB and YouTube
• You consider yourself to be highly creative and have a knack for storytelling
• You have a current Drivers License and reliable transport
• You have strong interpersonal skills and love meeting new people
• You are passionate about the outdoors and enjoy camping and 4WDing

The role would begin with a three-month contract with the opportunity to become permanent for the right individual. The hours are flexible, and not office based, though the role will primarily involve travelling up and down the east coast from the Northern Rivers to the Sunshine Coast, so we are seeking candidates based in these areas. We have a full editing suite in office as well as professional camera and lighting gear that you are welcome to use, however, we are happy for you to use your own existing/preferred equipment.
